Things You Should Know Before Claiming Returns

  • Customers have to send the item back to our warehouse after the acknowledgement of our customer service
  • Customer have to send item via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
  • Replacement policy is valid for situations/circumstances given below:
  • In case you received the wrong product.
  • In case the product delivered to you has some defect or issue.
  • However, to Successfully replacement of your product
  • Notify within the time limit.
  • The product should be undamaged, unused, and in the condition in which it was received
  • The parcel contains its original product packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories that came in or attached to the product when ordered.
  • None of the items mentioned above, including the product itself, is defaced or marked in any way, shape, or form.

A Few More Things To Keep In Mind

We have a checking warranty of 24 hours on products that do not have a company warranty but on products that have a company warranty, the 24 hours checking warranty from Deez Store does not apply. Replacement can take Up to 3-5 days after inspection by the team.
